Dan Gallus learned to build from his father. He worked alongside his brother building high-end custom homes on Lake Minnetonka — the kind of houses you got through reputation, not advertising. Word of mouth from people who knew quality.
When his brother retired, Dan went out on his own. The market shifted — less lakefront, more people looking for land outside the metro. Acreage in Glencoe, Delano, and beyond. And a new demand: the modern metal home.
